Our story
"Memere, can we go see Papa Vineyards?" Our youngest grandchild asked his grandmother Pamela. Kids say the darndest things...in this case the handle stuck: Papa Larry is now Papa Vinevards.
Many nights we enjoy a snifter of fine liquor so we decided to have some grapes distilled to make this spirit. This first offering is made from Columbard grapes which we sourced.

Tasting notes
Tana suggests that you'll taste early hints of hazelnuts, dried figs and nutmeg. Complex finish of raw honey dried apricots and toasted almonds. Try it with some sharp cheese or just have a glass.
