The strategic acquisition of 67 acres in the Salt Springs region near Copperopolis marks the commencement of production.2001

Cellar and events
Built the main winery building. Later additions included a bridal suite, deck, outdoor pavilion and covered crush pad.2024

Winemaker Tana Cole constantly monitors the quality of the vineyards and wines in barrel year round, making adjustments with our in-house lab.2025
